Qualification:

  • Possess a Life & Health Insurance License or the willingness to obtain one.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills are required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer financial needs and translate them into plans that meet their needs and desires.
  • Must be able to work and put customers’ needs before your profit, then the clients will come.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to a changing business environment.
  • Must possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with individuals, families, businesses, and professionals.

Key Skills:

  • Plan and execute daily sales activities such as conducting Zoom calls with clients, responding to emails,
  • Knowledge and understanding of federal, state, and jurisdictional benefit laws and requirements.
  • Experience in the articulation of issues, risks, and proposed solutions, to various levels of staff and management and ability to explain complex systems and processes to audiences that may not be experts in that field.
  • Skills to determine life insurance financial needs and develop plans for implementation.
  • Ability to gather pertinent information necessary to develop and present a proposal to fulfill the requirements discovered by needs analysis of individuals, families, and businesses Life Insurance Financial Plan.
